Matcha Mojito

If you were at this years CHFA in Vancouver BC, then you may have noticed a bit of a crowd that surrounded the DōMatcha® booth around Happy Hour. It was such a hit, that we thought it would be a great idea to share the recipe with everyone. This recipe works great with any of your favourite varieties of DōMatcha®, but works particularly well with our Cold Brew line of products.

The Recipe

1 teaspoon of DōMatcha® powder

¼ cup mojito mix

½ cup lemonade

Ice

Mint

Lemon twists

Items You’ll Need

Martini Shaker

How to make it:

1. Combine ice, DōMatcha®, mojito mix, and lemonade into martini shaker and mix.
2. Strain into a martini glass. Add ice, mint, or a twist of lemon for garnish.
