Our Hojicha bagged tea features a proprietary blend of high quality organic green tea leaves, pan-ﬁred and slow roasted in the traditional methods in Kyoto. Most Hojicha tea uses lower quality Bancha leaves making for a bitter taste, however, DōMatcha®ʼs Organic Hojicha uses only 100% autumn leaves, oﬀering notes of mesquite and an extremely smooth ﬁnish. Hojicha is often drunk after evening meals due to the lower caﬀeine content.
Our tetra shaped teabags, made from cornstarch, are used for a premium quality brew, releasing more nutrients and ﬂavour than traditional teabags.
Each bag can be used up to three times, providing approximately 60 servings per box.
